Cameron’s Property in a word ‘impressive’.
Last year with changes to our situation both universal and unique we found ourselves in a position to progress the long held desire to buy our own little piece of holiday paradise.
Having previously rented villas and apartments privately in locations across the globe, avidly watched those TV programs that regularly broadcast and coming from a sales and customer service backgrounds we knew several things; we needed professional support and freedom to decide what was right for us, not a sales pitch.
We made more than one enquiry of course to agents but right at the outset the contact that stood out was from Rob at Cameron’s. Rob absolutely delivered when and what he said he would and answered our initial questions with patience and clarity. He gave us sufficient information and the time agreed to digest. With Covid restrictions in place we had a while to wait before we could travel to look first hand so devoured photos and videos which gave us what turned out to be a very accurate portrayal of the properties we would see go onto see during our visit.
While in Spain we very well supported by Rebeca, who was local to our search area (Alicante / Murcia coastline) which was of course very helpful. But we strongly suspect that because she was so invested in our extensive search, well researched and great company too, she would have been amazing anywhere.
Nothing was too much trouble for Rebeca and the Cameron’s team both leading up to and during our purchase. We felt safe in their hands with our financial commitment and decision, we are really excited about the time we will be spending in our new villa and confident to highly recommend Cameron’s as a Spanish property purchasing service. What has come as a pleasant surprise is the outstanding ongoing after sales service, nothing has been to much trouble.
Lastly we must refer back to the initial conversation with Rob. He told us about a property based on our search criteria that he thought would be perfect for us, turns out he was spot on, after looking numerous other properties, we bought it! He certainly knows his clients and market well.
