“Having decided to make a permanent move to Spain we made contact with Rob at Camerons, mainly due to the very professional and informative website. After a few weeks of emails and calls with Rob we narrowed down the villas we wished to see in our upcoming trip to Spain. Prior to our journey out to Spain, Iain Lochrie, CEO of Camerons, took time out to meet us at the ‘Place in the Sun’ exhibition in Birmingham in September 2019. We met with the Camerons representative, Inés, during our first week of our four week trip and by the end of that week we were convinced we had seen our new home to be. Nothing was too much trouble to Inés, with trips to villas (back 4 times to our new home), meetings with architects, visits to furniture stores, get togethers with previous Camerons clients and checking out the local area. We returned in January 2020 for a quick visit to check on the property and again Inés was available to help smooth the process. Contact continued throughout which was so important with the onset of Covid restrictions and the ongoing correspondence with our Spanish solicitors. Inés was the vital link with our developer, keeping tabs on the build and modifications we made during the early weeks of the construction. We finally moved to Spain in September 2020 and again Camerons were there to support us and help make the whole experience so much easier than we could have hoped.”
