From our initial zoom meeting with Rob it was clear that the company listened to the views , wishes and dreams we had . Sending appropriate properties relating to our brief for us to start our search process. Once we had narrowed the areas down we wished to visit, their support in making suggestions to assist our travel plans during the pandemic was second to non, making our drive and trip across Spain less stressful . Once in Spain we were met by David who suggested a viewing plan and drove us around each day to properties we had identified tweaking the plan as we viewed . His attention to our needs was amazing and he certainly made the most of our viewing time in the costa del sol . We then travelled on to the Costa Blanca South, our second viewing area of choice where we were welcomed by the fabulous Ines. Ines quickly made us feel relaxed and at ease , again suggesting appropriate viewings to meet our brief, listening to our thoughts on properties, suggesting alternative locations after our daily feedback . Ines never made us feel pressured or under any obligation to make a decision to purchase a property during our time with her . We felt we were able to be open and honest with her and this enabled her and us to make the most of the time we had. Due to Ines fabulous support we were amazed that we changed our views totally on the area where we actually wanted to buy a property and for us as soon as we entered the La Finca golf site we knew that this was where we wanted to be and soon as we walked into the show house we knew it was our dream home . Buying off plan was not something we had envisaged doing, but the support Ines provided us with was invaluable. From understanding to signing initial contract paperwork, suggesting law firms , furniture suppliers etc. Ines support has been invaluable and remains ongoing following completion.
