My wife and I decided to purchase a holiday home in Spain. We emailed and communicated with many of the Spanish Estate Agents online and over the phone. As first-time buyers to the Spanish market, it can be very daunting to choose from so many properties. With many of the Estate Agents, it felt like quite an impersonal robotic service. However, we came across the family-run business called Camerons Property Service SL. We received the personal touch that we think you can only get with a family-run business. They were extremely accommodating, very quick to reply to questions, and made us feel like we were their top priority. Rob was our initial contact. He sent us some excellent properties while answering all of the many questions we had. Then we dealt with Rebecca (Ruiz Fernández). Rebeca, we love you! You made our dream a reality. My wife and I thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for your professionalism and patience. It is not easy to put into words our sincere gratitude.
As you know (lol), we are very demanding, picky customers, attention to detail is critical. We were unable to travel to Spain due to the lockdowns. All of the videos and photos (you took), even going so far as to video the surrounding areas, gave us such confidence. So much so, we bought the villa without seeing it. When we did eventually get to visit, WOW, we love love love our new holiday home in Spain. You met us personally at the airport and spent so much time with us, above and beyond. Credit where credit is due! Thank you again, Rebeca and Camerons, for all you have done for us. We would highly recommend Camerons to anyone looking to purchase a property in Spain. Five stars all the way.
