We strongly recommend Camerons Property if you are planning to buy a property in Spain. We have just completed the purchase of our apartment in San Javier which we absolutely love. Our whole journey was everything and more than we hoped for or expected.

We would highly recommend the Camerons team to support your Spanish home purchase . From our initial zoom meeting with Rob it was clear that the company listened to the views , wishes and dreams we had . Sending appropriate properties relating to our brief for us to start our search process. Once we had narrowed the areas down we wished to visit, their support in making suggestions to assist our travel plans during the pandemic was second to non, making our drive and trip across Spain less stressful . Once in Spain we were met by David who suggested a viewing plan and drove us around each day to properties we had identified tweaking the plan as we viewed . His attention to our needs was amazing and he certainly made the most of our viewing time in the costa del sol . We then travelled on to the Costa Blanca South, our second viewing area of choice where we were welcomed by the fabulous Ines. Ines quickly made us feel relaxed and at ease , again suggesting appropriate viewings to meet our brief, listening to our thoughts on properties, suggesting alternative locations after our daily feedback . Ines never made us feel pressured or under any obligation to make a decision to purchase a property during our time with her . We felt we were able to be open and honest with her and this enabled her and us to make the most of the time we had. Due to Ines fabulous support we were amazed that we changed our views totally on the area where we actually wanted to buy a property and for us as soon as we entered the La Finca golf site we knew that this was where we wanted to be and soon as we walked into the show house we knew it was our dream home . Buying off plan was not something we had envisaged doing, but the support Ines provided us with was invaluable. From understanding to signing initial contract paperwork, suggesting law firms , furniture suppliers etc. Ines support has been invaluable and remains ongoing following completion. A highly professional company & service

My experience with the Cameron’s team was excellent from the moment I contacted them, searching for a suitable property, arranging the purchase and providing help with all the associated re-location requirements. They have been there post move and are always there to provide any help, support and advice long after the property transaction. The team in the uk and in the field here in Spain could not have done anymore to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. Cameron’s Property in a word ‘impressive’. 

Last year with changes to our situation both universal and unique we found ourselves in a position to progress the long held desire to buy our own little piece of holiday paradise. 

Having previously rented villas and apartments privately in locations across the globe, avidly watched those TV programs that regularly broadcast and coming from a sales and customer service backgrounds we knew several things; we needed professional support and freedom to decide what was right for us, not a sales pitch. 

We made more than one enquiry of course to agents but right at the outset the contact that stood out was from Rob at Cameron’s. Rob absolutely delivered when and what he said he would and answered our initial questions with patience and clarity. He gave us sufficient information and the time agreed to digest. With Covid restrictions in place we had a while to wait before we could travel to look first hand so devoured photos and videos which gave us what turned out to be a very accurate portrayal of the properties we would see go onto see during our visit.   

While in Spain we very well supported by Rebeca, who was local to our search area (Alicante / Murcia coastline) which was of course very helpful. But we strongly suspect that because she was so invested in our extensive search, well researched and great company too, she would have been amazing anywhere. 

Nothing was too much trouble for Rebeca and the Cameron’s team both leading up to and during our purchase. We felt safe in their hands with our financial commitment and decision, we are really excited about the time we will be spending in our new villa and confident to highly recommend Cameron’s as a Spanish property purchasing service.  What has come as a pleasant surprise is the outstanding ongoing  after sales service, nothing has been to much trouble. 

Lastly we must refer back to the initial conversation with Rob. He told us about a property based on our search criteria that he thought would be perfect for us, turns out he was spot on, after looking numerous other properties, we bought it! He certainly knows his clients and market well.

My wife and I decided to purchase a holiday home in Spain.  We emailed and communicated with many of the Spanish Estate Agents online and over the phone. As first-time buyers to the Spanish market, it can be very daunting to choose from so many properties. With many of the Estate Agents, it felt like quite an impersonal robotic service. However, we came across the family-run business called Camerons Property Service SL. We received the personal touch that we think you can only get with a family-run business. They were extremely accommodating, very quick to reply to questions, and made us feel like we were their top priority. Rob was our initial contact. He sent us some excellent properties while answering all of the many questions we had. Then we dealt with Rebecca (Ruiz Fernández).  Rebeca, we love you! You made our dream a reality. My wife and I thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for your professionalism and patience. It is not easy to put into words our sincere gratitude.  

As you know (lol), we are very demanding, picky customers, attention to detail is critical. We were unable to travel to Spain due to the lockdowns. All of the videos and photos (you took), even going so far as to video the surrounding areas, gave us such confidence. So much so, we bought the villa without seeing it.  When we did eventually get to visit, WOW, we love love love our new holiday home in Spain. You met us personally at the airport and spent so much time with us, above and beyond. Credit where credit is due! Thank you again, Rebeca and Camerons, for all you have done for us. We would highly recommend Camerons to anyone looking to purchase a property in Spain. Five stars all the way.

Jeff Scholes  Buying in Los Montesinos

Two years ago we started the process of finding our new home in the Alicante region. We still hadn’t sold our property so everything was very tentative, and we still had a lot of decisions to make.

At that point we did what a lot of people do: search the internet, find a few possibilities and then contact some local agents. One of the agents we contacted was Camerons, and pretty soon it became clear that the service they offer was different from the others.

Rob took the time to actually listen to us. You’d think that was one of the basics that agents would need to do, but some of others seemed keen to tell us how great their proposed properties were, rather than truly find out what we wanted. The attention to detail that Camerons showed at these early stages gave us confidence that they were likely to be a good team to support us.

Our sale took longer than we had hoped; over two years, but Rob struck the right balance of keeping in touch without pressuring us. When we did get a sale, the Camerons team sprang into action.

Again, they confirmed in detail what we were looking for. They found out what our ideal home would include, what type of area it would be in, and also what we wanted to avoid. Once we had a short-list, they arranged a viewing day, which was when we met Rebeca.

Straight away it was clear that Rebeca had done her research. Her friendly and professional input helped confirm what we wanted from our new home.

Spanish buyers will know that just as in the UK, there is a lot involved in the process. Camerons guided us through each step perfectly. They offered guidance and options, and suggested potential professionals for us to engage with; always supportive but never taking over. The people they suggested all worked in the same professional manner as Camerons.

We have now been in our new home 2 months, and still Cameron’s have been there in the background ready to offer support if needed.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Rob, Rebeca and the team at Camerons to anyone setting off on the exciting and challenging journey that is buying a home in Spain.
